Otis Lockett, Jr.
Pastor Otis Lockett, Jr. (“Pastor O”) is the Senior Pastor of Evangel Fellowship Word Ministries (also known as The Power Center/Evangel Fellowship) in Greensboro, North Carolina. The eldest son of the late Bishop Otis Lockett, Sr. and First Lady Barbara T. Lockett, he accepted his call to ministry at age 16 and is passionate about building healthy, thriving congregations across generations. In addition to local pastoral leadership, he has served in key roles within NC 2nd Jurisdiction (COGIC), including AIM leadership and district oversight. He is also a UNCG graduate with dual degrees in Psychology and African-American Studies.
